Your Questions Answered
You are very welcome to bring your child, and many families do. Seeing how your child responds to the environment and the educators can be a meaningful part of your decision. That said, some parents find it easier to take in information without the distraction of a toddler in tow — and that is completely understandable too. Either way works beautifully for us.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Big decisions are best made together. Please let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.
Life with young children is rarely predictable. If you need to change your booking, contact us as soon as possible and we will find another time that works. We ask for as much notice as you can give so we can offer your original spot to another family.
Nothing at all. Come as you are, with whatever questions are on your mind. If you have specific concerns about your child’s age, language background, dietary needs or any other individual circumstances, feel free to mention them when booking so we can make sure the right person is available to address them on the day.
We strongly prefer in-person tours because the atmosphere and culture of a centre simply cannot be conveyed through a screen. If your circumstances make an in-person visit genuinely difficult, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate a virtual tour as a starting point.
