  • What ages does Tzu Chi Early Learning Brisbane cater for?
    We cater for children aged from two to five. Specifically, children who turn two years of age can commence the day after their birthdays.
  • What are the centre operating hours?
    We’re open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, having long hours at the centre to accommodate your schedule.
  • How many meals are provided to children and at what time?
    Tzu Chi Early Learning Brisbane promotes healthy eating habits and provides delicious and nutritious food for your child each day. Our centre is nut-and-egg-free and vegetarian-based to align with Tzu Chi Foundation's beliefs and values. We offer a nutritionally balanced morning tea around 9:00 AM, lunch around 11:30 AM, afternoon tea around 2:30 PM, and a late snack around 4:50 PM. Our meals are prepared in accordance with the Australian Dietary Guidelines to meet the dietary needs of all children. Children love to eat together, so meal times at a centre are always fun!
  • Are nappies provided?
    We understand how important it is for your child to have everything they need while being with us. To ensure we meet your child's specific needs, we kindly recommend parents to bring their children's own nappies. We don't provide them at the centre, but we're always here to assist in any way we can.
  • Can my child start soon?
    Yes, there may be spaces at our centre. Please email or call us directly if you are looking for an immediate start.
  • How do I enrol at Tzu Chi Early Learning Brisbane?
    When you enrol at Tzu Chi Early Learning Brisbane, we'll support you every step of the way. Our Centre Director will invite you to take a tour of the centre first so you can see where your child will be cared for and to ensure you are comfortable with your decision. We will then provide you with an enrolment pack that contains everything you need to know about the centre, information we need from you about your child for example their routine, as well as a quote for your daily fees. We encourage you to ask as many questions as you'd like, we are here to support both you and your child.
  • Can I tour Tzu Chi Early Learning Brisbane?
    You are most welcome to visit our centre to meet our friendly and professional educators, to learn more about our education program and to tour our inviting indoor and natural outdoor environments. Kindly arrange a time with us by booking a tour via the Enquiry form.
  • Can I enrol online?
    Once you have visited our centre and met the team, you will be guided through the online enrolment form to complete before your child's first day.
  • How do you prioritise your waiting list?
    If there are no vacancies at our centre, you may want to join our waiting list. It is regularly reviewed and enrolment offers are based on the date we received your application. It is our policy not to disclose where a child is on our waiting list.
